이탈레리의 F-5E TIGER2 싱가폴공군 버전입니다. 대한민국 공군버전으로 하려다 태극모양이 맘에 들지 않아 급 변경했습니다.
설명서에 기재되어있는 기체에 대한 설명을 옮겨봅니다.
The Tiger2 has been developed from its' predecessor, the F-5A Freedom Fighter. This simple, small jet fighter was created in the late fifties for the United States' Allies. The F-5A, supplied to a wide variety of contries, was later improved to the new "E" version, with better aerodynamics and 2 powerful engines, able to carry a higher weapons load. The U.S. Air Force became aware of the advantages of the "Aggressor" training-squadrons with this aircraft.
Republic of Singapore A.F. - 144 Squadron
반조립품을 건네받을 당시엔 별매 레진의 샤크노즈형태였으나 샤크노즈란것을 전혀 몰랐던 터라 뾰족하게 갈아버리는 불상사가 생겼습니다. ^^;;
먼저 완성했던 F-5A와 크기 비교샷.
